My name is Martin and I am foodie teen living in Chicago IL, and I am so happy you are visiting my new blog! I am a person defined by food, I cook every single day, I bake everyday, and I read culinary articles and learn new cooking techniques everyday; I absolutely love my kitchen. And this blog is my expression of love for food and cooking: here I present the world with my culinary knowledge and personal insight, as well as my personal foodie travel tips, and also restaurant reviews from my city of Chicago. Traveling throughout the world has had a major influence on my cooking, especially European culture and cuisine, as it is one of my favorite places to visit in the world. Through those travels my family and I have carefully created trips to assist you in traveling, and I hope they help!
